SocialPlus AI ("we", "our", or "us") is a social media management platform that helps individuals, businesses, and agencies create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms using AI-powered tools. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use SocialPlus AI (the "Platform"), accessible at https://sly-sync-social-flow.com.

We collect the following categories of information: Account Information — Your name, email address, and a hashed password when you create an account. Billing Information — All payment processing is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full card details on our servers. Brand Information — Brand name, industry/niche, tone of voice preferences, and brand colours provided during onboarding. Social Media Account Data — OAuth tokens, account names, and profile information from connected social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X/Twitter). Content Data — Posts, captions, images, videos, and other content you create or schedule using SocialPlus AI. Usage Data — Features used, pages visited, actions taken within the Platform, and engagement with AI tools. Device & Technical Data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information.

We use your information to: • Provide, maintain, and operate the SocialPlus AI platform • Generate AI-powered content using your brand profile, industry, and tone of voice preferences • Schedule and publish content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf • Send transactional emails (purchase receipts, account alerts, platform notifications) via Resend • Process subscription payments and manage billing via Lemon Squeezy • Improve our platform, develop new features, and fix bugs • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

When you connect your social media accounts to SocialPlus AI, we request permission to: • Read your profile information • Publish content on your behalf • Access your account analytics We only request permissions that are necessary to operate the Platform. You can disconnect any social media account at any time from your SocialPlus AI dashboard. Disconnecting a social account immediately revokes our access to that platform. SocialPlus AI complies with each platform's API terms and developer policies.

SocialPlus AI uses the following third-party AI services to generate content: • Anthropic Claude API — text content generation • OpenAI GPT-4o — fallback content generation model • fal.ai — AI image and video generation (Kling AI, Flux, Ideogram models) • Google Gemini API — AI image generation When you create content using our AI tools, your prompts, brand data, and preferences are sent to these services to generate results. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers, and only as necessary to operate the Platform: • Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management • Resend — transactional email delivery • Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation • OpenAI — AI content generation (fallback) • Google (Gemini) — AI image generation • fal.ai — AI image and video generation • Social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, X) — when publishing content on your behalf • Base44 (Wix) — application hosting and infrastructure All service providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the services we request.

• Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. • After you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. • Billing and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws. • AI-generated content (posts, images, videos) is retained until you delete it from the Platform. • OAuth tokens for social media accounts are deleted immediately when you disconnect a platform.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: • Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you • Correction — Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data • Deletion — Request that we delete your account and associated data • Withdraw consent — Revoke consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis • Data portability — Request your data in a structured, commonly used format To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@socialplus.ai. SocialPlus AI uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. These cookies are necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled. SocialPlus AI is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
