Terms of Service

By accessing or using SocialPlus AI ("the Platform"), including the website at https://sly-sync-social-flow.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SocialPlus AI.

SocialPlus AI is a SaaS social media management platform that provides AI-powered content creation, scheduling, and publishing tools for individuals, businesses, and agencies. Key features include: • AI-powered content generation and caption writing • Multi-platform social media scheduling and publishing • Brand strategy and content strategy tools • Analytics and performance reporting • Client management for agencies SocialPlus AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

SocialPlus AI offers the following subscription tiers: • Solo — $19/month (USD) • Plus — $49/month (USD) • Pro — $99/month (USD) • Agency — $199/month (USD) Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are billed upfront at a 20% discount. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment processor. A 3-day free trial is available for new users — no credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Platform. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. Refunds are not provided for partial months of usage. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect current billing cycles — they take effect on your next renewal date.

By using SocialPlus AI, you agree that you will not: • Use the Platform to publish, distribute, or promote spam, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or illegal content • Violate the terms of service, community guidelines, or acceptable use policies of any social media platform you connect to SocialPlus AI • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or copy the Platform's source code or underlying technology • Share your account credentials with any third party or allow others to access your account • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations • Use automated methods (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform outside of our official API • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's servers or networks • Impersonate others or provide false information during registration Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

SocialPlus AI integrates with third-party social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and X/Twitter. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you publish through SocialPlus AI complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies of each social media platform you use. SocialPlus AI is not responsible for: • Account suspensions, restrictions, or bans imposed by social media platforms • Content removed by social media platforms • Changes to social media platform APIs that affect SocialPlus AI's functionality • Any consequences resulting from your content being flagged or reported We recommend reviewing each platform's terms regularly as they may change independently of SocialPlus AI.

SocialPlus AI uses artificial intelligence (including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, and fal.ai models) to assist with content generation. Ownership: You own the content generated using SocialPlus AI's AI tools. SocialPlus AI does not claim ownership of your AI-generated content. Your Responsibility: AI-generated content is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for: • Reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy, appropriateness, and originality before publishing • Ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, including copyright and disclosure requirements • Fact-checking any claims made in AI-generated content • Abiding by each social media platform's policies on AI-generated or synthetic content No Guarantees: SocialPlus AI does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, quality, or performance of AI-generated content. AI outputs may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, or content similar to existing works. Disclosure: Some jurisdictions and platforms require disclosure when AI-generated content is published. You are responsible for understanding and complying with these requirements.

SocialPlus AI IP: The SocialPlus AI platform, including its name, logo, design, code, user interface, and all original content created by SocialPlus AI, is and remains the exclusive property of SocialPlus AI. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in SocialPlus AI's intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the Platform. Your Content: Your brand assets, logos, content, data, and materials you upload or create using SocialPlus AI ("Your Content") remain your property. Licence to SocialPlus AI: By using SocialPlus AI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use Your Content solely to: • Operate the Platform on your behalf • Publish content to your connected social media accounts as directed by you • Provide customer support and technical assistance This licence ends when you delete Your Content or terminate your account, subject to the data retention period described below.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SocialPlus AI and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for: • Loss of data, content, or business opportunity • Social media account suspensions, bans, or restrictions • Interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Platform • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform • Content published through the Platform, including AI-generated content Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform is limited to the total amount you paid to SocialPlus AI in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

By You: You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until that date unless you request immediate termination. By SocialPlus AI: We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if: • You violate these Terms • Your use of the Platform creates risk or legal exposure for SocialPlus AI • Your account remains inactive for an extended period • We discontinue the Platform or a material portion of it Effect of Termination: Upon termination: • Your access to the Platform ends immediately • Your content and data will be retained for 30 days, during which you may request a data export by contacting support@socialplus.ai • After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted (subject to legal retention requirements) • You remain responsible for any outstanding fees

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of South Africa. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Platform, or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will: • Notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect • Post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date • Provide in-platform notice for significant changes Non-material changes (such as typo corrections or clarifications) may be made without notice. Your continued use of SocialPlus AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription.
